The large multi-storey atrium building from the 1970s suffered from long narrow corridors. These were visually widened by shimmering metal wall claddings and visually shortened by a light installation in a cross-vault pattern. A carpet was made for the floor with a realistically depicted oversized grid pattern, which gives the corridors an airy feel.
